HOUSE BILL NO. 231 An Act relating to the interview                            
requirements of the State Medical Board was read the second time.              
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be             
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.  Without                
objection, it was so ordered.                                                  
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 231 was read the third time.                                    
                                                                               
The question being: Shall HOUSE BILL NO. 231 An Act relating                   
to the interview requirements of the State Medical Board pass the
